There's an owner privilege thing at play here where they operate above the rules after decades of bragging about "the shield" . But it sure seems like the nfl is trying to sweep something under the rug here, doesn't it? I mean, after suspending players over tiny offenses, Snyder and Watson go completely untouched. Almost as if there's fear that acknowledging the problem will open up pandoras box.

Until Snyder gets implicated, there's something that feels really fishy in all of this.

Snyder could get a Donald Sterling windfall selling that team if the investigation shows he was directly involved in some rotten behavior.
