Shame the strike derailed that season. We had the pitching and just enough offense to do some damage in the playoffs.

I remember when Chris Getz played for the Royals everybody commented on how he totally out kicked his coverage on his wife! Yowza.

They won what? 15 games in a row at one point?

Man, I loved that team. I still think they could have made some real noise in the playoffs had the strike not happened. They were hot and trending upwards.
