Damn, no wonder his toe got hurt. It's skinny, almost thumb-like.

They'll see what happened and fix the issues. Patrick will be pissed off and work even harder than he already did.

I'm trying to be positive here, but I can see I'm DEFINITELY in the minority in this opinion!

Seems like a bit of an overreaction although the defense does need some work. The fact is you just ran into a wagon in Tampa. Brady knew exactly what Spags was going to do after the first 2 possessions and him and Gronk just went to work after that. He exposed that the Chiefs defense is bad a tackling, letting up a ton of YAC. That is more of a coaching issue then personnel.

I think the bigger issue for the Chiefs is figuring out how to keep the talent around Patrick with his mega deal starting to kick in and the lower cap. The lower cap is the real issue as GMs were forecasting a cap of over $200 mil for this year until Covid hit and now it looks like it will be $180 mil. That is a killer.

50 years, 1 AFCCG appearance.

3 years, 3 AFCCG appearances, 1 SB victory, 1 SB loss.

Again, there's absolutely nothing but positives around this team. People need to wake the **** up to the era we're living in because they can't see the forest through the damn trees.

Peter Schrager said he feels different about this team now. He's not sure they'll ever be as good. The Super Bowl showed teams how to beat the Chiefs.

So the way to beat the Chiefs is to pray that they have massive injuries along the o-line and have a lot of questionable penalties go against them? Seems like a good formula.

I was not talking about 2018. I was talking about the SB this year.

Just when you think Cowherd can't out-dumb himself, he does stuff like this.

You should probably familiarize yourself with the Romper Room forum. Your shitposting will be confined to there soon.

Did Dr. Howard Ellfeldt come out of retirement to do it?.. Only one Ortho DR I'd let touch me.

Tell us about the time you had turf toe and came back to regain your 4.4 speed, coop!

Yeah it's trending that direction, but for now, I booted him out of this thread. He reported two people this morning, because his feelings were hurt. When someone starts getting that report happy, it generally doesn't end well.

You're not entirely wrong. Losing the AFCCG in 2018 probably made us stronger in 2019. Then losing that game against the Titans week 11 in 2019 seemed to prime us for our Super Bowl run.

But losing the Super Bowl itself? I can't ever see that being the optimal outcome.

Optimal outcome? No.

Fuel for offseason moves to fix some problems? Absolutely.

Sometimes it takes a real kick on the balls to get someone to take drastic action.

I mean, winning the Super Bowl resulted in "Run it back". Hopefully, losing the Super Bowl will result in "Take it back".
