I don't get why Al Davis would let him go after he is about to give the Raiders their first non losing season since 2002.

That's not what I'm talking about. You said no one would know if Cable is fired until May. If that's true, the Raiders would be behind in getting new assistants and coordinators.

You can't predict what a dementia sufferer will do.

They don't work like that here man, Al hires coaches with the asst's already there.

Thats why so many coaches turn down Oakland
