Funny how when the Chiefs were well on the way to being the worst team in the NFL, yall were praising Clay to high heaven. Now yall are torching him. Tards.

It's kind of funny how people always claim that Clay is terrible at arguing football. Whenever I read his stuff, he schools everybody he talks to with stats, gifs, videos, whatever. The guy flat-out does his homework.

I'm pretty sure the only weapons people have against him are the petulant whine and the belligerent declaration of victory.

He's become more informed than most of the posters here. He can back his shit up every time and now that he is capable of schooling the oldsters, well...you know.

All of his football talk, is based on things in the past. They are all stat based, and slanted to fit his perspective. I can do that as well. It is impressive the lengths he will go to, to prove his point, even if it is full of holes, and missing several key facts.

For instance. Not even discussing THE SMITH, I happen to know a quite bit about. His number one bitch other than him this offseason, has been about Sean Smith. PFF, told him that he was the worst corner in football. PFF didn't tell him though, he was misused in an incorrect scheme. So far in camp, the reports are mostly that Sean Smith, being utilized correctly, aside from a few plays has been nothing short of stellar.

Arguing that so and so, is going to be horrible this year, in a new situation, is useless, and isn't schooling anyone. Its PROJECTING, using past stats. They aren't indicative.

The past helps me to predict the future.

I saw utter failure in Cassel's future after 2010...so it will be with Alex Smith.

Andy Reid will survive the fallout...but will you?

And that is 100% on him just like Matt Stafford's record against winning teams is 100% on him.

Really?

I think it makes complete sense in the fact that everything is not the QB's fault.

Yea you own your record or whatever but to act like other variables don't effect a QB's effectiveness is ridiculous.

People make excuses for Rivers and Stafford but everything negative on Smith's resume is all on him.

Anything good he has done is a fluke or was because of his defense.

Got it.
