I don't know if you all believe in a higher power or not, but a LOT of sh*t happened today that normally would not happen. Somebody is watching over this team.

Two upsets.

Three road victories.

Broncos defense getting chewed up by an accident prone offense?

Uh, yeah. I'll be the one to say with absolute certainty that Lamar is our 12th player.

Lamar brought on the gusts that blew that late Cinci FG wide.

Man, I dont believe in all that stuff but it sure came to my mind today with everything else aligning just right for KC today. Wow.

Lamar: Hey God, yeah I owned a football team and...

God: I know.

Lamar: Oh..well...uh...I was wondering if maybe...

God: Don't worry about it.

Yeah, normally KC doesn't get all those breaks, like last year for example, and such.

And this year was more impossible in terms of numbering and that SF had to beat Denver in Denver.

And that FG where the Bengal missed, normally that should had been a chip-shot IMHO. And Steelers just cashed it in.

It's crazy.

It seems that no matter how mediocre Herm is, his teams get the breaks. I don't mean that in a mean way...uh...

Divine intervention, eh? Let's hope it continues. This reminds me of a certain movie :):

I think I side with Jules. Stuff like this just doesn't happen, especially to the Chiefs.

I don't know about divine intervention, but from now on, I'm going to walk the earth, like Caine (sp?) in Kung Fu.
