Whew...... my house sold... it closed... I'm homeless... and I couldn't be happier.
 

I can breathe a sigh of relief -- the sale of my house closed today!!! Thank god. Tomorrow we begin life anew out of the 'burg and as new residents of the KC metro.

I really had kept from being too happy, knowing that at any time the sale could fall through. Not now, though! I got me check and all is good. Now I just have two days to get the hell out of Dodge.

Shit...now you're going to have to pack up the smoker!.. I finally solved the heat problem with mine. I had a mechanical supply co. put together a needle valve that helps me regulate the flow of propane. It's badass!!!!
