Remember him in IT

New Orleans throws a heckuva funeral.

Hydrae 04-16-2018 05:53 PM

Loved him in Night Court and IT both. Kind of surprised he didn't do more than he did.

RIP

displacedinMN 04-16-2018 06:06 PM

One of the best shows ever. Miss you Harry.

KChiefs1 04-16-2018 06:51 PM

Night Court was one of the great tv shows.

RIP

otherstar 04-16-2018 06:59 PM

I loved Night Court. This is the first appearance of the Wheeler Family (who had more bad luck than anyone should have) and I always loved it when they were on the show. (YES, Bob Wheeler is Brent Spiner, aka Data from Star Trek TNG)

Well that sucks.

Loved that show!

This is sadly the downside of old age; our relatives, heroes, and contemporaries all start to pass on.

He was great in Night Court and that was a great show. But his early appearances on Cheers were fantastic. Whenever he showed up, you knew it was going to be a particularly good episode.

I loved Night Court...the great actors and writers and the quirky premise, with Harry Anderson playing the central character. He could carry scenes when necessary but could also let others shine.

Man. Young.

That's always the first thing I think of when I think of him.

Night Court was one of those rare shows that never got old or stale. One of my all time favorites.

Dayze 04-17-2018 09:53 AM

Night Court was a great show.
great main characters, then an endless stream of side characters / plaintiffs/defendants etc.

Dan Fielding was so good.
