10 tackles, 1 TFL

James Conner: 10 carries for 26 yards.
Eno Benjamin had the 16 yard run, but only 12 yards on his other 3 carries.

Murray and McSorley each had a long run (21 and 14), but otherwise combined for 14 yards on 6 carries.

What a fu@king amazing draft pick by Veach & Co.

Our D is becoming a lot like those Patriot Defenses.

Bolton looked like Bolton. Guys gonna be as steady as the sunrise.

Gay really seemed to stand out, though. Bolton just did all those Bolton things; always where he was supposed to be and making the right decision. Gay's athleticism, OTOH, was on display in a big way. He seemed to be truly sideline to sideline.

Even as a Bolton/Missouri fan, I was a little skeptical of the pick. I wasn't sure his instincts and processing speed would translate at this level like they had in college, but he's making me look stupid for doubting that.

Did Gay get hurt?

He came right back on the field O.concerned.

I assumed he had a cramp as he came back after the play he missed. Saw someone say something about it, Andy didn't mention it post game.

Hell, Bolton had great coverage a few times that I happened to notice, which was supposed to be his weakness.

I don't know. If ever there was going to be a plug and play LB (due to his insane intelligence and instincts), it was Bolton. I'm usually a little leery of Mizzou players in the NFL, but Bolton was pretty clearly going to be a slam dunk.

He kind of reminds me of Derrick Johnson. So does Gay.

That's a good thing.
