Considering the last two years he's had....would they have kept him? Should they have?

Who knows, maybe he continues to play at a high level for 2 or 3 more years?

Simply Red 01-19-2014 05:00 PM

You God Damned right they would have!

BlackHelicopters 01-19-2014 05:00 PM

In.

Andrew Luck plays at a high level for the 15-17 years.

You do the math.

Considering they made the playoffs the last two years with Luck. I would still ditch Manning and his big contract and suck for Luck.

Probably not, if they knew Luck seemed like a probable star.

Cutting ties with your HOF QB is a decision I'm sure most teams dread, and the injury made it for them. He's had two good years since the surgery, may have a couple more. Versus maybe 10-15 more for Luck? I think they would do it again.

ILChief 01-19-2014 05:06 PM

I guess they could have kept Luck on the bench for a couple of years

Heeeeeell NO... that hamfaced Amish looking mfer is a player.

alpha_omega 01-19-2014 05:09 PM

He's hasn't won the SB just yet. Depends on that.

MMXcalibur 01-19-2014 05:10 PM

The Colts "Suck for Luck".
The Chiefs were a "Wisher for Fisher".

No lucks their new manning out with the old Neanderthal qb in with the new caveman.

tk13 01-19-2014 05:13 PM

Doubt it. Luck can be every bit as good as Manning. He's already ahead of where Manning was at his age... Bruce Arians said as much.

It's easy to forget now, but Peyton did not win a playoff game until his 6th season in the NFL. Luck has been twice and won a game in two years.

Indy did the right thing. U do what they did 95 out of 100 times hell 100 out of 100

This is true, although I don't think his ceiling is as high as Mannings. But not many are as high as that.

I think Happy Feet Manning is the best ever, but Luck 's ceiling is every bit as high as Manning's.
