Thompson, Dat has played the gunner role before,so he takes Kemps spot.

He's not great.

I don't actually mind him though. He's versatile, can play a little RB, run those jet sweeps, return some punts, pretty good special teamer.

DAT is the #6 WR now. Expect DAT to be the PR/KR along with the gunner. DAT will also get some snaps on offense. His problem is that he’s made out of glass

Right, but I didn’t think Tremon was going to make the roster anyways.

I figured Thompson was replacing Kemp. So is Thompson not going to make it?

Is there a chance something else is about to drop with Hill and this is insurance there?

In reality this sends Thompson to the PS which is where they probably wanted him all a long, it also makes Tremon Smith making the team less likely, looks like Hyde and Williams both get on the roster now.
