Star Wars: Resistance. Who's watching?
 

I thought we had a thread for this, but it doesn't show up in Google search nor can I find it by manually searching each page.

Anyway, is anyone keeping tabs on this show? Speak up!

Nah. I brought it up in one of the other threads. I've tried watching two different shows and couldn't get into either one. The animation for the ships and space scenes is amazing, but the people look like Fern Gully. Add to that the shows feels very geared to pre teens, I just couldn't get traction.

Give us the lowdown, assuming you've been watching...

Well, I wish I could tell you a happy tale about how Filoni is killing it, but we're 14 episodes in and STILL know nothing about the First Order. Poe makes an appearance now and again as does Leia, but so far this thing is moving slower than molasses climbing up a hill in sub-zero.

If they can't do something better in season 2, this shit won't last long. I'm really surprised at how weak this series is compared to Clone Wars and Rebels. I don't know when they're planning to "jump" in to something more befitting a fast-paced SW animated series, but they better get on it.
