spawn somewhere else?

It's just annoying. We're trapped in our deployment getting destroyed by a tank and hover helli's. Pissin me off.

I've played before with a team that was ALL assault. I was the only Support.
We were getting over-run, and no one would switch classes.

sometimes though, you'll find a great MP team/match with randoms. I've had some awesome games when people actually understand the concept and don't treat it like COD etc. The best is when you get a good group of randoms, and people stay online for hours.

Yeah. Our team did suck... and clearly the other team really knew what they were doing. I am used to COD, so I am still learning. Overall I am having a good time playing though. Much better than MW3.

I can't compare MP because BF3 is the only MP I played (first onen too).

but it really is a blast when you get a good team. I've had friend requests after a really good session with people who play it the right way. I'll get invites to join a game from various friends, and nearly every time it's awesome.

It can get frustrating with randoms; but it's like golf - you might hate your round, but then you get that 'one' shot from 160 out and about 3' from the hole....and that keeps you coming back. Once you experience a really good team and strategy, you'll love it.

Your getting locked out. It happens sometimes and it is fun as hell when the shoe is on the other foot - especially in Operation Metro. I love this game. Switching to recon to deploy a spawn beacon is really the only way to go when you are up against a bunch of 75's or 100's. I think they lock you out because they can or are a clan.

My favorite part of this game is the knife takedown on a camping sniper.

also, a real PITA is when a team advances on you, and you have no spawn beacons and you have to push from the your initial point. and they mow you down. lol. I hate that.

Metro is frequent with that if you start in the subway tunnel and your team gets smoked as they make their way to the platform etc; and die. meanwhile, another squad on the other team advances and pins down your entire team lol.

Oh yes. Even if you are at the other end in the glass building accross from "A" they can pin you there since they can post a Pechenege (sp) at the right corner and sniper from upstairs at "A" or from the bus right below it. It can be a very frustrating game but I guess any game can be.

You guys should check out the TeamPlayerGaming server. It's where I play exclusively. They have teamspeak sync so depending on what team or squad you are on, you get put in the correct channel. They run hardcore mode and you get kicked if you aren't in a squad. The server is mostly regulars and most of the squads talk and work together. It makes for a much more rewarding BF experience.
