Dave Dastmalchian joins the cast of Dune as Piter!!
 

Dave was our high school class president and I’ve known him since middle school. I told him out here he would’ve made a great Count Fenring and now he is Piter which is even better.

That cast is looking really spectacular. Really excited for this. One of my favorite series. I’ve liked David in everything I’ve seen him in. Does seem like he would make a good Piter.

I thought he was great as a Joker (Jerome) gang leader in Gotham.

Oh no shit?! He was great in his small role in The Dark Knight and Villeneuve seems confident in him so I'm all good with this casting. The cast is shaping up beautifully.
This is gonna be a cinematic experience for sure!
