Fire was not started by a propane tank. In Police radio communications it is clearly stated that a burn device was used.

Condensed version of police communications.

Well that renders about the last 20 pages moot. Pretty brazen, if ultimately necessary.

They definitely tossed something into the cabin. I don't know if by "burner" they meant an intentionally incendiary device or something designed to produce smoke.

Maybe you should actually have READ the last 20 pages before commenting? It was already stated that "burners" is slang for tear gas canisters because of their propensity for starting fires. There have been multiple links to articles discussing this.

All you have to do is YouTube it.

Officier on scanner: "Burners are deployed, we have a fire"

Says dorner dead, but no details.

Edit: I guess "Dorner's remains" is a significant detail.

I would think that the way that baby went up, only dental records could be used. That, & the arsenal next to him.

Big loop hole in the reward for Chris Dorner.

Via TMZ

Several private citizens were instrumental in cornering cop killer Christopher Dorner ... but there may be a gigantic loophole preventing any of them from collecting the loot.

There are 3 rewards. The Mayor of L.A. announced a $1 million reward -- funded by private groups -- for information leading to the "capture and conviction" of Dorner. Big problem -- technically speaking, Dorner must be both captured AND convicted to trigger the reward.

The L.A. City Council offered a $100,000 reward for information leading to "the identification, apprehension, and conviction" of Dorner. Again ... no conviction. City Council sources tell us there's already a disagreement between the Legislative Analyst and the City Attorney over how to interpret the reward language.

And finally ... the L.A. County Board of Supervisors offered a $100,000 reward for information "leading to the capture of Christopher Dorner." One source at the Board of Supervisors tells TMZ, "Dorner was cornered but not captured."

Translation ... technically speaking, no one may be entitled to the reward. It's unclear if the Mayor, the City Council and the Board of Supervisors will bend the rules.

LAPD is ****ing pathetic. Not even remotely close to being professional at what they do. I work in the oilfields, it's a shitty and dirty place, but I am professional. I don't cut corners nor do I produce bad quality work. **** the LAPD

Here is an idea.... When a house is on fire you leave....

He didn't leave because he was dead already from a self inflicted bullet

Perhaps. Or perhaps not. Let's face it, we'll never really know what the hell happened but he LAPD can now tie it up in a nice little bow.

So if they have a skull with a bullet hole in it, you won't believe them? Do note that it's the San Bernadino Sheriffs Depts crime scene.

The reward was stupid in the 1st place. All it did was cause more hysteria. If someone was aiding him, they weren't going to flip over money...maybe immunity when they realized they were screwed.

No one is badass enough to stay in a burning house and die without atleast attempting to get out...
