Outdoor Grilling

What is your outdoor grill? Traeger, Green Egg, Smoker/grill combo, Gas or any combination? I am thinking about a Traeger. Just can’t decide.

Have you tried using a McGriddle?

Jenn Air Nat Gas Grill. I’ve had it since 2003. I am ditching it this fall and going to a duo set up:

Smoker and gas grill

Smoker is a Yoder YS 640 and the Gas Grill is a DCS 30”.

Nice setup

The Louisiana grill gave me nothing but problems, Weber Q gas was okay but had its issues.

The traeger has never let me down, and it has taken a heavy load. My father has had one for about 10 years and it has never stopped working. I recently bought one of their big ones and am excited to use.

Get a digital temp set, learn how to reset the power setting, and you won’t be disappointed.
People have complained to me that they can’t get hot enough to sear, after telling them about how to set the “P” they are GTG.

I have a Cheap-o Depot Gas grill and Masterbuilt cheater smoker.

Trying to talk myself into (maybe out of) one of the pimp pellet grill smoker combo things posted in the grilling thread earlier this summer.

My buddy and my mom have one and they've had trouble.

I recently started using that AmazeN tube on my Traeger. My last pork butt was pretty solid and had good smoke flavor.

Add that Blackstone Griddle and I have a nice setup on my patio.
