When you bury stuff in mega threads it's going to happen.

Most people aren't going to search a 100-page thread to see if a story has been posted already.

Spreading "information" about the organization? Not so sure.

There was a thread somewhere on here where it was implied that Hunt told his FO not to talk to the media because none of them spoke for the team anymore, as all of their jobs were in jeopardy. Maybe I am not remembering that correctly but that's what I thought was said.

rico 01-01-2013 04:05 PM

Ways around that just have one of Pioli's personal assistant talk to the media about that stuff.

If the person he talks to makes a public announcement of the conversation, and is willing to submit in writing that the conversation took place, I think that would be damning evidence. Then Pioli would have to sue to get money back after being terminated, right?

Yeah, I think a media type would almost have to break the story. Then that guy isn't going to be getting any inside info ever again. It would have to be more like some kind of screw up by an NFL guy, like a reference that (in retrospect) points to a conversation that shouldn't have happened.
