Im out in the bluffs along the Elkhorn river. Building million dollar homes that look west into the Platte River basin.
Its a beautiful place to work this time of year.

Lucky we get to see and enjoy this amazing change of seasons and the beginning of the celebration season.

Yep! I'm beginning to think HCF either has emerging age-related dementia or Alzheimer's.

He repeatedly puts what belongs in either the Lounge or Media Forum. The Forums were separated for a reason. If a DC thread was posted in the Lounge or Media Forum, it would be immediately relocated to DC. Same should be done for the reverse offense.

I think it's high time the Mods correct him on this.

Those of you in Missouri take note of your Ash trees if you have them near home or powerlines. They are really pretty in the western side of the state right now but EAB is confirmed now in more counties

In the not too distant future, we will lose a vast number of Ash trees to this invasive specie.

Wow, that was mesmerizing. Not sure why it's in DC, but thanks for posting.

Glad you enjoyed....coloring outside the lines....drives some people batty, but if a song can brighten just one persons day, then good work has been done.

There’s been zero color this fall in KC due to the cold weather

I have 5 Ash that have to come down on my property. Makes me sad.
Ash trees were primarily used to replace Elm after the Dutch Elm disease.
So many Ash are being taken down, glut of firewood, loss of shade and beauty.

I had 1 big beauty at the back of my yard. Was great for shade and was just awesome. Then those damn Ash Bores killed it. That sucked. Had it cut down in 2015. I'm not traditionally a "tree hugger' but that was one majestic tree, I was really bummed when it died.

Im taking down 5 after deer season. One good thing is ash can be used quite nicely as firewood green. Burns nicely wet

HCF and I are the only ones that think that a nice break is due on occasion?

There's plenty of other forums, to take a nice break on occasion.

That's true. And rules are rules. Without them some of us wouldn't know what to do
