Chiefs are trolling us over the Ramsay non-trade.

This is a massive exaggeration of the guy's talents in the Michelin scene, for what it's worth. He's a solid chef, and his flagship Royal Hospital Road location is a nice experience for a 3-star restaurant. But he's not remotely thought of as a truly great chef in the world of fine dining. He might be like the Joe Flacco of that scene - he has a Super Bowl title but no one takes him that seriously.

Would be impossible for his new place opening here to suck anymore than Fieris joint

I have never had a good meal in a KC area casino. Its like a revolving door restaurant opens in casino and 6 months later its closed down. We will see what Ramsey does but I am betting on failure.

Did you ever go to Arthur Bryant's when it was in Ameristar? That was the only good food I've had at a KC casino. The buffet at Isle Of Debris was ok I guess.

Why when you quote someone, does your quote show italics?

Never mind

Final Cut is a good restaurant. I had a great steak as well at whatever Harrah's steakhouse was that Gordon's is replacing. The steakhouse at Ameristar is not bad too.

Their buffets sure suck, though.

Ive got reservations for Hells Kitchen on Tuesday night, so maybe thats why he was brushing up on his fandom. I mean, if he plays his cards right he might get to touch the tat.

Awesome!

Hopefully this starts some kind of beef between Gordon Ramsey and Guy Fieri (raiders fan)
