Not as weepy this year.
 

Last year I was pretty emotional after we won the AFC championship. This year it didn't have the same impact. I mean I'm excited we made it back but it wasn't shedding years of disappointment.

Same. Just as excited but not overcome by emotion like last year.

Last year was the 25th straight year watching the SB with the same group [with kids and new spouses added over the years] and the first I got to be the 'belle of the ball.'

This year is great, but WuFlu is kiboshing all shindigs.

I actually missed the second half of last years game because I was on a plane, so today was the first time I actually got to see us make the Super Bowl live. But I was was more emotional last year. Still fucking awesome, though. :)

Super fun and everything but different because to me we were playing with house money so there was no pressure. Went to the game last year, watched this one on the couch. Again, still awesome as can be but much different vibe

Honestly, this just feels like any other win. Maybe because I expected this of this team. I need to learn not to take it for granted. But I know what this team is capable of and this result was never in doubt for me.

Definitely a different year. Lots of monkeys off the back since then.

Last year 5 minutes before kick, I got word that my uncle died. Definitely a different feeling this time.

cried like a little girl both at the AFCCG and the SB... This year it is fun, but not as emotional. It feels so good!

Definitely doesn't beat the first time last year, but still damn exciting to know we'll be playing for the championship again in 2 weeks!
