You can never know what goes on behind closed doors but the development of Josh Allen has been near-miraculous, and that's directly Daboll's responsibility.

He should legit be a HC hire this cycle.

Any owner that hires Daboll or especially O’Brien to coach their team needs to be forced to sell their franchise. I can’t comprehend how a rich, successful billionaire could be so utterly stupid.
