"18-2 run"... He says this like 3 times... Has there EVER been an 18-2 run in a football game?!
Simms made a good point about the Chiefs and primetime. It doesn't phase them. They love it.
I think alot of that comes from Mahomes and Andy. "You wanna play us at your place in prime time? Ok, we'll be there, tell us when. And we're gonna kick your ass". |

They 18-2 thing was baffling. No idea what the hell they are talking about. Other than that it was a really fun conversation. Chris Simms is great.
It's fun cause they both picked the Ravens, Simms thinks the Chiefs are a 14-2 or 15-1 SB back to back champ though so it goes both ways.
"18-2 run" = "21 unanswered points"
Florio might be a jerk, but he’s right about one thing. If KC ever starts playing their A game on a consistent basis, they have the ability to win games by 50. Even the game Monday night was not a true “A” game. Special teams was basically a disaster with 11-point swing in favor of Baltimore.

Even when he's being complementary to the Chiefs, Florio still pisses me off. Seems like he says everything with a sneer.
Another thing I noticed from before the game was the mentality of both teams. To Baltimore it appeared like it was “Just another game” while KC seemed like it was a big game where they wanted to make a statement.
