Well, best of luck to you, and your golf game.

I'm more concerned about my "baseball" game more than anything.

Several at bats, lots of strike-outs, two hits with at the very least a VERY immoral base run to second, then another hit that almost resulted in a home run but culminated with some realizations of incompatibility, and nothing since then.

At least my golf pro is getting more ass than I do... Though hearing the details while he tries to fix my game is unsettling.

Are you playing either sport for the Panthers?

I'm ostensibly getting golf lessons to improve my game to have a shot at walking on, but there's a snowball's chance in hell of that happening. Those +100s I've been scoring aren't going to get me a lot of backslaps.

Otherwise, my only "sport" that I had success in Highschool was Academic Bowl (irony: I failed two classes the year we almost were state champs) and Drury doesn't have that... And College Quizbowl is much more hardcore than High school.

Again, I'm more agitated over this 10 months of non consentual celibacy that I've been dealing with.

You're in college. Find some freshman girls. Best of luck with that too. Heh.

Facebook is a gift and a curse. It's a gift in that you get to preview some of the incoming freshman to see what they look like. Like, for example, this one girl who's pretty damned looking and seems similar in personality / interests to me, (Debate, and uses n00b in conversation).

It's a curse when I realize the majority of female freshman are not at all good looking, and even worse there isn't a sizable pool of young ladies who are just below my standards (which are pretty low as it is), and the fact the nice looking ones, as in the one mentioned above, seems to be hung up on an older ex boyfriend that seems to enjoy getting drunk and shoving her around [NOTE: This is a quick assumption I gleaned from myspace/facebook]. Or, the good looking ones have standards that don't include me. I could be a hypocrite and mack out on highschool freshman, but that's just lame.

C'mon, a nerdy, somewhat overweight college freshman is the lowest of the low on the dating totem pole. I'm going to be ****ed, and not in the fun way, unless I start making money as to attract the gold diggers. Which might be a wash considering I'm thinking about becoming a divorce lawyer..

If you think weight is a problem, lose it. All you have to do is put your mind to it.

I say slightly overweight, as in I've got a beer belly and mantits. It doesn't bother me that much, I'm fine with where I am.

It's more or less a dietary/eating disorder type thing... As in, I don't eat a varied amount of things, and stuff I haven't tried yet disgusts me at first sight. Or touch. Certain stuff just makes me want to vomit when I look at it.

Dude, don't stress so much. Once (I assume you are from somewhere else) you move down there, getting some should be the least of your concerns. It's not hard in that town.

There isn't so much stress involved, I'm under no pressure. Just agitation really.

And I have a tendency to MAKE things hard.

You have some learning to do about college life. It isnt high school where its a big popularity contest.

I hope you're right about that, considering I know some 'adults' that still act like the idiots I went to high school with.

College is full of girls and there seems to be something for somebody. Heck you will be suprised what you can pull. I've seen it all.

Well, he did compare my golf game at state this year (ranked near last in Class 1) to 9/11 at golf team bonding eating dinner at Logan's Steakhouse, that was pretty damn embarrassing.

Class 1-A ??? You must live in Northwest Missouri then ???

My {worthless} high school was mainly Class 1 in every MSHSAA sport, aside from Basketball and Quizbowl where we are Class 2, which is in Joplin.
