I think the Browns end up trading him, which is why he's not gone right now.

The 2014 Chiefs who didn’t have a receiver with a TD probably wouldn’t sign this guy. The 2018 Chiefs with the best skill players in the NFL? Really?
We’re not those people desperate for an offensive spark. On second thought, can he play corner? |

Teams already calling the Browns, who league sources believe are far more likely to trade Josh Gordon than release him. Gordon is a vested vet and is not subject to waivers. So if he is cut, he is a free agent and can sign where he wants, for what he wants. A lot at stake. |
Sign him, then trade him for a corner!

Why would Belichick trade for a drug addict who will be late for meetings and be a distraction? That wouldn’t be the “Patriot Way” say what you want about Hernandez, but Hernandez knew if he didn’t break any internal/team rules, he’d be fine. What he did off the field didn’t make him late for meetings or practices or games, etc.

With the talent we currently have at WR I’d pass. He’s not worth the headache. They just got rid of one headcase.
