I was looking at storm chaser tickets, and they have a Mondesi bobblehead giveaway for a July 9 game. Is it typical for them to do a promotion of someone who is likely to be playing at the big league level?

I'm pretty sure most of the minor league teams did things like that during the World Series years... bobbleheads of guys like Hosmer, Moose, etc from when they were with that team. They're just going to have much more fan recognition.

a couple years ago, they had a whit merrifield bobblehead night. i wouldn't read anything into it.

Any news on Mondesi? Like I have not heard a ****ing peep about when hes expected to return. We are at damn near one month since he went on the IL.

The last thing I read was from 8 days ago. An article that said he hasn't resumed swinging yet but has started some limited activity and the team hasn't set a timetable for his return yet.

That doesn't sound like the best news in my opinion. Your guess is as good as mine.
