Funny movie!!

If you enjoy South Park and 'toilet humor', you'll love TA. Sight gags, filthy language, puppets engaged in explicit adult action (at least ten different positions), puking, obscene violence, and biting satire; not to mention the brilliant songs... that's what Team America is all about.

Not quite as good as <i>South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut</i>, but close. :thumb:

I know of one guy that really didn't like it...

To Trey Parker and Matt Stone,

I remember a cordial hello when you guys were beginning to be famous guys around Hollywood at some party. I remember several times getting a few giggles out of your humor. I remember not being bothered as you traded on my name among others to appear witty, above it all, and likeable to your crowd. I never mind being of service, in satire and silliness.

I do mind when anybody who doesn't have a child, doesn't have a child at war, or isn't or won't be in harm's way themselves, is encouraging that there's "no shame in not voting" "if you don't know what you're talking about" (Mr. Stone) without mentioning the shame of not knowing what your talking about, and encouraging people to know. You guys are talented young guys but alas, primarily young guys. It's all well to joke about me or whomever you choose. Not so well, to encourage irresponsibility that will ultimately lead to the disembowelment, mutilation, exploitation, and death of innocent people throughout the world. The vote matters to them. No one's ignorance, indcluding a couple of hip cross-dressers, is an excuse.

I just read the MPAA made them take out the sex scene to get an R rating. :grr:

G'damned suck ass MPAA.... that scene was outrageous. Now you'll have to wait for the DVD. (glad I caught the unrated version at the theater :thumb: )

Yeah, they were talking about that on Leno a couple nights back, they were both pretty livid about it.

South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut, was *****ing hilarious. We saw it at a theater in Florida, the whole place was laughing their asses off! Not to sure I really want to see Team America, not sure I like the puppet idea. Think I will wait until this one comes out on video.

I am trying to convince one of my friends to go see it with me, she thinks its a rent flick, i think it looks hilarious. She does love south park though, i may have to show her this thread.:D

We went and saw it tonight, god that was funny shit.
Man that was some funny shit . I enjoyed it and laughed at the sex scene and the puking scene the hardest.

Def. a funny @$$ movie but did have a few slow parts for sure.

The songs made the movie, America... YEAH!

I saw this and was majorly dissapointed. Maybe it was the big buildup but the plot was pathetic and there was no biting humor or humor period. It ssemed to me like crossing Southpark which is funny with the Jetsons and getting some half funny half blah movie.
