We lost a great Chiefs fan today
 

My brother of 39 years died in his sleep early this morning from an apparent heart attack. It came as a total shock to us all. He was a great brother, a loyal Chiefs fan and a father of 4 great kids.
If you're the believing kind, please say an extra prayer for my brother's kids (Amanda, Chris, Christine, Zach), his wife (Tammi) my mom (Beverly) and dad (Larry).

WOW!!! That is a shock! I have stopped and prayed. May God be the husband and father to your brother's family! Remember Romans 8:28 ... "All things work to the good for those who love the Lord..." God will bring victory for His children!!!!

That is just about the worst news I've heard in a while. Please let everyone know that we're thinking of them. You take care as well.

I'm doing as well as can be expected. It's just so shocking as you said. I'm definitely going to miss him, but I'm concerned about the rest of the family. The youngest, Zach at nine, doesn't seem to be grasping what is happening or he's in denial. My mother was having trouble catching her breath all day and won't see a doctor herself. The other kids have just had a really tough life and it's hitting them hard.
