So what fragile items will you be putting away?
In light of the impending game this evening and the probable outcome. What items should you put away to insure they survive the evening.
For me it’s the porcelain figurines by the tv, all pictures in the surrounding area and my wife’s antique crystal candle holders. I would be a dead man if anything happened to those. |
How can you still get fired up either way at this point?

One word….. Wait for it….
ALCOHOL! |
I have nothing left to break.......or root for.

I'll still cheer them on and watch the game. I'll still probably go to a game this year. This my team, win or lose. |
Absolutely nothing, since before the season started I have expected us to lose this game. The progression of the season has only made me more resigned to this as a fait accompli
|
My TV.
If I put it up, I wont watch and I wont break it. |

Earlier in the season, you would have had a case around here. At this point, unless they manage to get the lead and blow it in the 4th, there is nothing to worry about. Even if that happens, about all I have left in me after this cluster fug of a season is a few short rants at the TV. No danger of large heavy objects being launched.

My children......I'd hate for them to get hit with the stockpile of objects that I have lined up.

Anything left in plain site is fair game. If my wife doesnt want it broken, its up to HER to put it away.
