We will see how it all plays out.

I listened to Leon on Whitlocks show. He still talks a lot of unnecessary trash.

Sure-Oz 12-14-2004 07:14 PM

As long as he backs up that trash that is fine by me. Like TO, i'd take him on this team in a heartbeat.

LEON still blames DV for his woes and refuses to take responsibility for running his mouth. LEON said he should have been the number 2 guy all along. If Priest needed a breather or he went down with an injury, LEON should have been in there, not Blaylock. When asked if he still wanted to be traded, LEON said he has found his groove and is now happy. Oddly, in the same breath, LEON also made reference to the fact that if the Chiefs kept Blaylock, LEON would then like to be traded, to prove to everyone he's not some 18 year old red shirt freshman. LEON is an adult and not a locker room cancer. LEON only talks to T-Rich and Omar Easy in the locker room ... and .... LEON's daddy.

Thanks but you sound quite opinionated. I'd like some info from a more objective source.

Thats what the guy said. The LEON reference was for humor purposes only. Apparently you didnt find it funny.

If it makes you feel better, I'll retype it for you.

Believe me, the way he typed it makes LJ sound better than he actually did. After listening to his interview I really don't like him much. I thought he gave a great interview last night on MNF. He just sounded like a punk in Whitlocks interview.

Also said something like he doesn't talk to Al Saunders much because he's not a kiss ass. I really didn't like the way he came off.

Yeah, the way Bob Gretz was talking last night on the KCFX postgame I wouldn't be surprised if Al Saunders likes LJ less than DV does... and considering Al is going to be our next head coach, it makes me wonder what's going to happen....

I haven't heard or seen any of his interviews. I guess I'll have to catch one so I can hate him too. I'm totally on LJ's side in regards to the diaper spat with VD. LJ took heat for that undeservedly and I thought this is was just more of that. Apparently it isn't.

You forgot "Leon don't play for f***ing Penn State anymore."

Yeah, but we really have no idea what was going on behind the scenes. Something tells me that Johnson was talking a lot of shit in the locker room. That whole thing with Vermeil putting up some of LJ's comments during the meeting. I could be wrong but I think Vermeil doesn't like him due to his negativity. DV is not a negative type of guy and his players usually aren't either.

Heck, what do I know. He could just not like him because he stole his lucky charms or something.
