Need help with pics
 

...not THOSE pics. I am trying to print pics and have never had trouble before with quality. All of a sudden, now all of my pics are coming out purple-ish. I've cleaned my nozzles, checked my head alignment, and double checked all of my printer settings, i.e., the correct paper setting, etc. I cannot for the life of me figure out WTF is going on. Any ideas?

Well, it sounds like you're not getting any yeller ink on the paper. If you're sure your cartridges are fine, you might try reloading the driver for the printer.

Thats what i think as well. Maybe you ran out of ink in one of your colors. Probably due for a new color ink cartridge.

Yeah, I ran out of photo magenta the other day, and just reloaded a new cartridge, so I wonder if this is related...and before the comedians of the board chime in, yes...I made sure I put it in the correct slot.

So you are saying adjust the yellow on my settings? Because my yellow cartridge is full.

If the cart is full, Bob Dole would try that (after reloading the driver and making sure it was up to date).
