Jay Glazer, of FOXSports.com, reports the Miami Dolphins have agreed to trade CB Patrick Surtain to the Kansas City Chiefs for a second-round draft choice. The two teams will also swap picks in the fifth-round. The two sides still need to finalize paper work on the deal and it is also contingent upon Surtain passing a physical with Kansas City.

The Chiefs, in turn, have also agreed to terms on a new seven-year deal with Surtain. The two sides still need to finalize paper work on the deal and it is also contingent upon Surtain passing a physical with Kansas City.
