Will Vermiel stay for 2006?
 

With a rejuvenated defense [on paper] what are the odds that vermiel wants to stay an extra year. This team could be real fun now.

I wish I was a 'real' fan. I can only imagine how excited I could be then.

If we win the big one, he's gone.
If we don't make the playoffs or go one and out, he's gone.
If we go deep into the playoffs, I think he'll stay.

I think if we win the big one he'll come back for one more year because he always said he made a huge mistake leaving the rams after they won the superbowl.

I doubt he will stay under any circumstances, but if we go deep into the playoffs and don't win, it's possible.

Actually I think if we win the big one he comes back, because of the mistake he felt leaving the Rams when he did. Everything else is a "?"

I really like Gregg. Maybe becasue he's from my hometown. He can coach the heck out of a defense, and is a great guy, personally. He didn't fare too well at Buffalo, but he's worth at least a look when the time comes.

If we have a real good season and no one key retires, he'll be back.

I like his hardnose style, and he wont cry at everynews confrence.

I like him too, but to be honest, I'd rather see an offensive guy who will keep us putting up points that gives full defensive control to Gun. I still think that will be AS once DV leaves.
