We're talking about your first cousins, in addition to your siblings. Include step-family in all counts if they're still currently in the family. At your own discretion, you can include just those currently alive, or include any who have passed away.


I'm the 5th-oldest out of 14 cousins on both sides, if you include three step-cousins that I've only met a couple of times. All are still alive, and there's a 26-year difference between the oldest cousin and the youngest cousin.

By my calculations I have 59 first cousins, not counting 2 ex-step who have lost thier iowani-privileges for being a scumbag like their douchbag dad who has lost is iowani-hometown safe passage privileges.

37 on one side, and I'm the oldest, not counting 2 late additions, who are a few years older, but were never around. The other side I have 22, and there is one cousin 6 months older, but I'm the oldest Male.

For the Most part, we're all pretty close on both sides, with the minor exceptions of a couple of black sheep like every family has.

I have 22 aunts/uncles on 1 side, 12 on the other, and 2 divorces total in the family. 2 Deaths of Aunt/uncle and No deceased of cousins(a miracle beyond belief).

We've got a pretty good battle group if Grandma ever calls up the Iowani-militia.

I have 11 1st cousins and I am the 5th oldest. 11 is my generation, we all have kids totaling 21 and 2 of them have kids.

I had 5 generations alive on both side until my daughter was 2 and lost a great great grandmother!

If Iowanian is Iowa, I must be Kansas. I don't know the exact numbers, but at one time I had between 60 and 70 on one side (paternal), and a handful on the other (maternal). I'm not even going to try figuring out where I rank; just somewhere in the top half.

Headed out right now for one of my 1st cousin's kids graduation. Small podunk town in Arkansas by Little Rock. Having a big fish Fry-BBQ-Keg party afterward, should be a great time, only see those cousins twice a year.

Oldest of seven cousins. Next oldest one month younger than me, youngest two are both 16, also a month apart.

You know hillbilly families, when Mom, is also a sister, it adds a lot more cousin hybrids into the mix.

2nd oldest out of the 4. My older cousin is 9 months older than me. My younger cousins are just a little older than my oldest daughter - my dad's sister waited a long time before she started having kids.

Adopted or genetic family?

Mom had 13 brothers and sisters... I have no idea how many cousins I have. If I was going to guess, I'd say it's probably close to a plethora.
