What meat do you smoke?
Yeah... that's right.
I prefer brisket and ribs... brisket's more of a weekend thing, but ribs I can set to go just about any time. Same with chicken. Poll is forthcoming... BE FRIGGIN' PATIENT! |

Definitely pork ribs. Although I did my first brisket last weekend and it was awesome.

I smoke any meat that will give me a buzz. Preferably beef cause cows eat anything including gonja growning in the pasture.

I'm pretty bad at it, so I limit myself. My favorites in terms of what I make are Salmon and Turkey.
If it's someone that's good at it, nothing beats a well smoked brisket. |
