Adam Schefter, of the NFL Network, reports the Kansas City Chiefs will place RB Priest Holmes (head, shoulder) on Injured Reserve.

Well maybe this is a good thing, Priest hasn't been running like Priest all year, i know you can blame the line for some of it, but Larry was getting it done better. I like Larry's downhill attack better then dancing all over the place. Larry is getting what he asked for so he better do all he can do and get out of his diapers!

I know BRC but this has been posted in at least 3-4 other threads. Some people just can't read hence the outrage of other users besides me.

It's not a good thing. Priest is still a valuable player. I think LJ deserved the majority of the carries, and that stupid 2-for-1 rotation that was chiseled in stone, regardless of game situations, was moronic. But no way do I want Priest out of the way. I'd love to have him as a quasi-backup and red-zone monster.

With this news now its time for LJ to show up and put this team on his shoulders. He wants to be the best, now he has his chance. It's all about taking advantage of a situation. It sucks that Holmes is out but I was a fan of LJ back at Penn State. Time to show why he was a first round draft pick.
