Single Ticket - Patriots

I've got a single ticket in 112, row 16 to the Patriots game on November 27. I'm asking $80 (face value plus shipping). PM me if interested.

Phobia 11-15-2005 08:28 PM

I'm offering $20 plus shipping. That is my final offer.

DaFace 11-16-2005 10:28 AM

That's a bit low, but I'll let you know if I get that desperate. :)

east coast dave 11-16-2005 11:22 PM

unless you got it as a gift....I would use it for toilet paper before I sold it for $20.

DaFace 11-17-2005 10:55 AM

Eh, I CAN use this one, so if no one takes it, it won't have to be toilet paper. It's just going to require a LONG drive after Thanksgiving to get there!

Phobia 11-17-2005 09:10 PM

I'm not trying to be a dick. I just KNOW I can get a ticket day of for $20. If you're just trying to unload I'll take it. If not I'll go cheap.

DaFace 11-17-2005 09:41 PM

I didn't take it that way :)

DaFace 11-18-2005 10:43 AM

Ticket sold - sorry Phob.

That's alright. I'll be there anyway. I paid under $20 for lower level.

Sure you did. <roll eyes>
The only way you PAID less than $20 for a lower level ticket is if you either:
A) Won it
B) Relative GAVE it to you
C) Got it through your place of employment....assuming that you have a job.

Nobody is going to cave in and sell a freakin lower level ticket for a game that's still over a week away...against the defending Super Bowl champions...for less than $20. You MIGHT be able to get one for $20 if you show up at half time the day of the game and the scalpers are trying to dump their extras.

What a lot of people don't realize is on game day there are always people coming in from tailgate parties at the last minute with tickets from friends who couldn't make it. They are looking to get anything they can cause they don't want to mess with it.

Last year I got Section 115 for 20.00 to the 2nd home game of the year and Section 117 for 35.00 to the Colts game.

Make it a Holiday weekend like Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years Day and it's even more of a sure thing.

That I can buy....what I can't buy is that someone sold a lower level ticket for less than $20 to a game that's still a week away from being played...against the team that has won 3 out of the last 4 super bowls. Nope, I don't believe it for a second. I have a scalper that will pay face value for any of my tickets that I am not going to use.

Actually my ticket was free and I didn't get it under any of the scenarios you described. I do have a job.

I've personally seen tickets sold for UNDER $20 and the individual been in their seats in time for kickoff.

Usually you have to miss kickoff but not always.

I've never tried to get a ticket at the door since it's a 2 hour drive for me. I'm curious, though, is there a certain spot that people with tickets hang out or anything? Getting a $20 ticket would be awesome, but I'm a bit worried about making a two-hour drive and then ending up with no way to watch the game.

Hang out by the buses. NorthWest corner of the stadium.
