Is Mularkey the guy who actually devised an offense Kordell Stewart could function in?

Has anyone from that Cowher staff been successful in their eventual head coaching gig?

I guess you could say Chan Gailey and Jim Haslett had some success, but were both eventually fired.

Dom Capers did take Carolina to the NFC Championship Game their second season but he's been fired twice now as a head coach.

And LeBeau and Mularkey were total failures.
