The deal does not favor you, it is in his favor but I would only say in a 6 to 4 favor...

People that don't have LJ are going to try to pick him up for the minimum now. They are hoping that the LJ owners are going to freak out, now that Roaf has retired, and try to get rid of LJ.

This trade is not the minimum I was referring to but it still favors the team without LJ. IMO

Typically, when you're doing a fantasy trade... you want to do something that helps your team.

Trading a combo of WRs and RBs for a better QB and a RB... something like that. Trading depth at positions of strength to help you at weaker positions.

2 RBs and a Defense for 2 RBs and a Defense... I don't see where anything is accomplished by this at all.
