shortcut for hotkey?
 

i realized that hotkey are shortcuts ... but sometimes programs setup some pretty goofy hotkeys.

Like Ctrl+Y ... either takes 2 hands or you have to give your one hand a muscle cramp doing both keys with one hand.


i was wondering what the easiest why to change or create a hotkey?


for example:

Ctrl+Alt+DEL = opens Task manager


anyway to substitute


F4 = opens Task manager
