Though it is at least mildly entertaining to watch, even if this guy is obviously play’n with the cops.

My sister and I got to watch an 18 year old die doing that.

For a while in KC, KS side I think, the cops stopped chase’n bikes for that very reason.
I’m a little surprised this cop kept chase’n him the way he did. Almost caused an accident at the end, if you noticed.

We lived one house from a corner of intersecting streets and one summer night heard sirens and racing engines coming up the main road. We both ran for the corner to try and see what happened as the bike flew by.

About 5 blocks ahead, a patrol car that was trying to join in the pursuit pulled out into the path of the bike. Direct T-bone to the driver side door that sent the rider 150 ft through the air, scattered the bike in all directions in about 150' radius, and almost killed the policeman too.

My sister actually had to testify in court when the parents tried to sue the police department.

I could see it. A speed’n bike t-bone’n a car like that could just ‘bout cut it in half.
