I just started playing it last year and it's blast. It makes watching the other games that I normally have no interest in fun to watch. I've got two teams going this year.

But I was just wondering when it was invented, although it does sound dumb, I'd also like to know if anyone knows who invented it as well.

It's been around for at least 15 years because I remember my dad being in leagues when I was a kid.

Longer then that. My barber has been in the same FFL league since the 70's.

I had no idea it's been around that long.

If anyone else has more details I'd appreciate it.

I'm sure it has been available in one form or another since the beginning of Pro Football popularization.

Obviously it's become widespread since the internet made it so simple to play....

The first I heard of it was the early 90's, Miller (as in beer) ran leagues, kept scores n such.
