My dad saw these guys driving and there was a dog in the road so they go to the curb to avoid the dog the dog moved and and they ran over him. Then the asshat was looking for the dog they backed up and ran over him again. Trust me my dad should have the right to shoot these guys.

It sounds like they tried to do the right thing although I'll need an interpreter to be certain.

If they're trying to back over your dad he certainly should have the right to shoot them.

Well if they really wanted to avoid him they should of move the dog out of the way.

Dogs would probably do better as the superior race than we are currently. Societal roles would be much more clearly defined and, finally, there would be a proper place and time to lick your own balls.
