Two Big Changes
The NCAA college football rules committee has decided to:
- Do away with the clock running after a kick-off or change of possession - Have kick-offs take place at the 30-yard line instead of the 35-yard line Discuss. |
I like em both.
I hated the clock rule. I like the fact that returners will actually get a chance to return the ball in decent weather now, too. Too many touchbacks, IMO. |
I just see these as proposed changes, not official?

Great changes. The running clock rule was about the stupidest thing ever to hit college football...

Doesn't really matter ..just another way to help the offence..sell them tickets boys ....
