Dwayne Jarrett does that, and people rag on him.

This guy makes Jarrett look like Ted Ginn sprinting down the field.

I believe Ball runs a 4.65 in the 40...

I said it before, but I love Ball as a late round prospect.

He really reminds me of a Jeff Samardzija.
