decent but not great ribeye <-- needed help
Honesty is important... NOW W/O thinking too long HURRY... Garlic/Herb Butter -or- Horseradish? Don't be a wise-ass and put AUJUS either... I know all of your tricks around here. |
The perfect ribeye would have no need for any type of sauce..... why would you want to ruin it?

Grilled up with some light smoke. 2 parts Hickory, 1 part mesquite. I you must (And you shouldn't) put something on it, go with a light garlic butter. I once saw a guy put ketchup on a fine cut of meat at a local steak house. The guy is lucky he didn't get his ass kicked. I think it may still me legal here in Montana to hang any dumbass that puts that on their steak!
