The perfect ribeye would have no need for any type of sauce..... why would you want to ruin it?

Grilled up with some light smoke. 2 parts Hickory, 1 part mesquite. I you must (And you shouldn't) put something on it, go with a light garlic butter. I once saw a guy put ketchup on a fine cut of meat at a local steak house. The guy is lucky he didn't get his ass kicked. I think it may still me legal here in Montana to hang any dumbass that puts that on their steak!

Look I never said Ketchup (all of you hookers did') Horseradish is great. I love garlic and Horseradish both. Perhaps steak wasn't the best medium.

When you start a new thread.... the very final option at the bottom of the screen... right above the button for "Submit new Thread" there is an option for a poll. It says something like..

Post a poll: [ ] Yes! post a poll
Number of options initally: [ ] (Maximum: 50)

I never said you did, and was just making a point about pond scum that put it on a steak. :) On the other hand, I gave you advise that if taken, just may kick out the best steak you have ever eaten. Your choice if you take it or leave it.
