I never understand the people who hate Herm but like Cowher. They're both Marty clones, so they have very similar approaches to the game. Not to mention that it took Cowher 14 years with the same club to get to the big game.

I'm ok with Herm but Cowher would be nice.

Cowher has lost his competitive fire.
