Anyone been there? Much of a tourist draw?

I've been there. I'm from north of there aways. There isn't much of a tourist draw. They have Boot Hill, which is kinda neat, but realistically isn't much of a tourist draw. They also have the Dodge City Days rodeo coming up, which might bring in some good tourism, but I can't tell you, I was always busy in the field.

Are you moving there or something?

I've never been but wouldn't mind going one of these days just to say I have. I doubt there's much to do there.

It isn't the cow poop that smells the worst, there aren't as many feedlots in Ford County as some of the other counties out there. The thing that makes it stink the most is the packing plants when they burn the blood. It's awesome.

CLiff notes version in agreement with most of the previous posts: Boot Hill (1 hrs worth of interest), stinky, mucho mexicanos. NOt much else to see or do. Oh, there is a paved circle track for car-racing that does bring quite a few out of towners to the area most weekends throughout the summer.
