Free Throws
 
A while back someone talked about a basketball and video that came with it that helped improve free throws and shooting. It was sold at Wal Mart but I can't find any. Could I get the video or CD from someone? I believe some guy that shot really well in the olympics does the video. I would also like just the video because it needs to be the 28.5 girls ball. Any help would be appreciated.

Lots of good clinics on DVD out there and (I hate to state the obvious) google would be your best option, not Walmart. :)
