The music will be great.

I had no idea Favreau was that good. I love that he has the Iron Man riffs worked into the action.

Nice find. It does look sweet.

I think Downey JR. was a great choice.

Oh definitely, i'm liking several things about this flic already...

A) Robert Downey Jr., for all of his faults, is one helluva actor...if he took this role, its prolly a great script.

B) From the looks of it, they didnt give us some politcally correct "German Terrorist", a movie that actually has the balls to take on our real enemies of the moment, Islamic extremists.

C) It has that dark "Batman Begins" feel to it.

I'll be there with my $7.50.

Seems like Downey JR has stayed out of the news the last few years. Im not sure if he is sober, but damn, he seems like a great choice.

I believe the Movie comes out in May of 08

Can someone explain why the audience was laughing? There was nothing remotely funny in that piece. Other than that, it looked cool.

I thought there was a fair amount of humor at the start.

"You've been called the Da Vinci of our time. What you you say to that?"

"Absolutely ridiculous. I don't paint."

"And what about your other nickname, the Merchant of Death?"

"That's not bad."


Other than that I think it's just a room full of giddy fanboys eager for the asskicking tio start.

Hell yes. This looks great. Love Downey. Nice to see him finally get his act together because hes a great actor.

Hopefully this will top Shaq as Steel. LOL

I also liked when he posed for a pic with the soldier and the soldier threw up a peace sign.

(Deadpan) "I don't wanna see this on your Myspace page. Please, no gang signs... Nah, throw it up, I'm kiddin'."

Pretty cool.

This and the Dark Knight both next summer.

Sounds a little better than Spider-Man 3 and Fantastic Four 2.

Absolutely.

I liked Spider Man 3

It's hard to tell in this copy but, at one point he's in the gray suit and his hand is stuck.

An enemy come up and shoots him in the head, only to catch the ricochet in the face.

There's a lot of humor in the trailer.

I did too actually. I was very late in seeing it, and had read lots of pretty bad reviews.

Lowered expectations = a pleasant surprise.

I'm still way more excited about next summer's crop though.
