Probably, but damn... agree or not, that shit is funny.

so answer me this, if we stop eating cows, won't there be more cows to produce more methane? i mean, i'm a bit of a tree hugger myself, but to blame global warming on cows is ridiculous.

That is part of the joke.

Stop eating cows is not a fix unless we murder the cows.

Stay away from my cows.

And if we murder them, we might as well eat them.

They go great on a smoker with a nice rub and some BBQ sauce.

The "fix" according to the animal rights folks is to put a bullet in this generation of cattle and then don't raise more. There is some truth to the theory. The amount of calories and nutrition used to raise an animal is far greater than you get out of it, so there would be a LOT more available food if all farming was turned over to human-edible crops.

I don't think I'm ready to go vegan, though.

Dammit. This thread is destined for DC... I just thought it was funny.

But... without red meat, we wouldn't have a need for red wine. It's a vicious cycle.

"They can have my cow when they pry it from my cold and dead smoker."

What's a little methane among friends, especially when the alternative is tofu?

Great cartoon. Thanks. ROFL
